INKA Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
• Size Issues: If the garment you received does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size.
• Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
• Time Frame: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service team within the specified time frame to request a return or exchange.
2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Collection: We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your address.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.

Refunds:
• Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional Information:
• Multiple Returns: To prevent misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to limit returns if we detect an unusual pattern of returns by the same customer.
• International Orders: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of India.
